Private vehicle offers
When you open a personalised offer link, we remember its vehicle price using a device cookie and a hashed IP address until the offer expires or is disabled. Other people sharing your IP address may see the same offer. If your cookie and IP address both change, open the offer link again.
Online contract signing
When you sign a sale contract online, we record your signature, buyer name, email address, access method, acceptance date, IP address and browser information with the contract and signing history. These records are used to document your acceptance and provide you with the signed contract. The private purchase workspace can also use a saved access code without independently verifying your email. If our team requests identity documents, or you upload payment evidence, those files are stored privately for authorised dealership staff to review your purchase. Contract and signing records are retained for transaction and legal record-keeping purposes, separately from website analytics.
Website usage analytics
We measure website visits using a first-party session identifier, pages visited, referral domains and campaign tags, browser/device type, active viewing time and scroll depth.
